The internship gave me a very good insight into how the different parts of finance intertwine and what would suit me best. My internship was extended a further 6 months, after which I joined the graduate scheme as a full time analyst and I haven't looked back.

Compared to most other teams, Corporate Broking juniors meet the CEOs (Chief Executive Officer) and CFOs (Chief Finance Officer) of the largest companies in the UK far more regularly, and we are given the opportunity to develop relationships much sooner. We are not just confined to sitting behind a spreadsheet all day long!
